Brad Heintzman
Brad Heintzman first discovered his love of music when he started taking piano lessons at the age of five. His passion for music was further fueled through his participation in a family brass band and later a high school stage band. His extensive piano studies include a double major in composition and jazz piano performance at Grant MacEwan University, Grade Ten at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto and Suzuki Book 1-3. Brad has taught piano, musical theatre, and voice at The Citadel Theatre, Edmonton Musical Theatre, Victoria School, and his home studio. He still performs and directs musical numbers with several community theatre groups, party bands and jazz ensembles, performing throughout western Canada. Alongside his wife Barbara and two children - who both graduated from the ESPS program - Brad has formed a family band that performs at church, retirement homes and community centers. Brad also volunteers as a co-leader of a youth brass band.
