We've got a new online Parent Talk coming up this weekend, and we're thrilled to introduce our speaker - Christine Goodner. Christine is a renowned Suzuki educator, author and podcaster (look forTime to Practice the next time you are searching for something new to listen to) and is known for her work in effective practice habits and the growth mindset. In this 60-minute online session, Christine will speak about anxiety and roadblocks in the practice room, and how approaching those challenges with a growth mindset can improve most situations.

Christine Goodner is a Suzuki Violin, Viola & Suzuki Early Childhood Education teacher in Hillsboro, OR. She has experienced all sides of the Suzuki triangle: as a student from the age of 3, parent to two daughters and as a teacher. Christine is currently serving on the board of the Oregon Suzuki Association, is Co-Director of the Oregon Suzuki Institute and is the author of the Suzuki licensed book, Beyond the Music Lesson: Habits of Successful Suzuki Families.
